As a networking and business growth mentor, I (Nicola) is passionate about bringing business owners together to make meaningful connections that help them grow.
We run relaxed, welcoming networking events where you can show up as yourself. There is no awkward small talk and no pressure, just genuine conversations with people who want to support and grow alongside you. People have gone from feeling isolated to feeling part of a valued community, leaving meetings feeling motivated, uplifted, and gaining confidence.

Inside my hub, members are typically in their first three years of business, they become the go-to expert in their field within GYABR! They build genuine relationships, connect with other experts, and grow their business with the support of not just my own 13 years experience but others too.
We are like a business family, We are a team of friendly motivated individuals, that want to help each other succeed! More About Nicola and Get Your Absoulte Business Results
Nicola is a Network and Business Growth Mentor and an Independent Travel Agent who believes in building genuine connections and helping others grow their businesses. People often say talking to her feels like chatting with an old friend, even from the first conversation, making interactions effortless and meaningful.
Nicola has built a hugely successful Avon business, earning multiple awards, including recognition as the 7th top leader in the country for team growth, and winning a VIP holiday. She went from being in debt to paying off her mortgage and has reached other financial milestones.
In 2021, Nicola started a caravan rental business, offering families memorable holidays while growing an additional income stream. After being diagnosed with epilepsy, she continued pushing through challenges and won another VIP holiday for her Avon achievements.
However, in 2023, she realised a change was needed not just for her and her family but for her mindset too, and became an Independent Travel Agent alongside her caravan business, using her strong connections to build a thriving travel agency with people ready to book and trust her to create incredible experiences. Her dedication and resilience were recognised when she won a Tenacity Award in her travel agency in 2024, known for never giving up and always being eager to learn and grow, juggling family life and business effortlessly, continuing to run successful businesses while inspiring and uplifting others.
Nicola’s biggest lesson was when she didn’t have a community to turn to when she was going through the biggest challenge of my career, and as many of you will resonate with having friends outside of business who just don’t get business life isn’t the same as having a community of business owners around you from all walks of life that you can talk personal aswell as business, so in September 2024 Nicola launched Get Your Absolute Business Results hosting networking events and creating a supportive space where small business owners can connect, learn, and grow, all whilst networking in a fun and friendly way you can be yourself to make those real meaningful and genuine connections!
Most recently Nicola has been shortlisted for 2 female business awards already so early on in her networking and growth journey this is absoutley amazing!
